Job Details

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA / MPA / Marketing / Development Studies) will be an added advantage.
Experience & Expertise:
- Field marketing, fundraising campaigns, community outreach, donor engagement, and social mobilization.
- Experience in healthcare marketing, NGO sector, or charity fundraising is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct field visits, donor meetings, and outreach activities.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
- Basic report writing and data documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable with field-based assignments.
